Diluted?

I have to agree with the other reviewer that said this item was diluted. I typically used Sweet Drops – caramel or vanilla flavor and only use a very short squeeze, and that is plenty. With this item, the smell is very strong, once I opened the package I could smell the toffee and couldn’t wait to try it in my cold brew coffee. The serving says 4-7 drops or so, I went with 4 drops and frothed that into some half and half. Could barely taste it. So, I added about 3 more drops and there was a slight toffee taste, but once I added it the coffee, I couldn’t taste anything–besides the stevia aftertaste, which ISN’T APPEALING.
I’m quite annoyed that I spent $15 on this item thinking that I was going to get a better quality product, with a flavor that I really like, and a full 4 ounces instead of the typical 1.7-2 ounce containers I generally see being sold. I figured for the price and size, it was fair, but I really wonder how much of this is water, like the other reviewer said.
If you are looking for toffee or caramel stevia drops, stick with Sweet Leaf or Sweet Drops. Don’t waste your money like I did.
1 star because shipping was fast although I’m no longer a Prime member, and they still delivered this on a Sunday morning (today).

Unless they update the formulary for this item, I still do not recommend buying it, however, I am happy that the customer service team for Enzo is on their game. I was contact shortly after my review went public and they offered me a full refund (which I received an email from Amazon of the refund going through already), all on a Sunday. They advised to pass along my complaints to try and enhance the flavoring of this item, so you will actually have the caramel-toffee taste you are seeking.
The rep that emailed me mentioned they have a full satisfaction guarantee on their item, so it’s nice to know that it is a “no-risk” purchase. Considering that the price of natural sweeteners like Stevia and Monk Fruit can be impactful on your grocery budget, I really appreciate that. I do hope that they update this in the future, because I would like to find a brand that doesn’t contain erythritol, just as a personal preference.

*UPDATE 2021*~~~ Since September of 2018, I have purchased over 50 bottles of this specific product. It is my husband’s go to sweetener, even when he veers off of KETO. We discovered ENZO’s products when we began our KETO way of eating. Hubby prefers the drops, which would be nice to see other “flavors” introduced by this company; English Toffee is the only one I know of ENZO providing. I prefer their powdered Stevia; it lasts much longer and is a better value for the price. As with other sugar-free sweeteners, you must give your palate time to adjust from using cane sugar. Also, it takes a few times to learn to adjust the amount to use for your liking. Obviously, we are all different on the things we like and prefer, but as for my household, we prefer ENZO’s. ENJOY!!

What is going on with this product! I have purchased this for years now and the last two bottles have chunks of white particles sitting on the bottom and in the dropper. This is normally a great tasting sugar substitute but I am afraid to use it. Since so many people have reported this same issue lately the manufacturer needs to make it right with its loyal customers not make it hard to contact them.
Ok just heard from them and its safe to use. Stevia can change like this in the heat of a werehouse or with shipping. Offered a full refund. Hoping ones shipped after summer will be back to normal.
